What Causes Chest Pain?

Dear sir
I got TB 6years ago. It gone but in my lung stil ve mark,5days ago,it make me pain on chest at right side. I already see doctor which i saw 6years ago.After take xtray,they say no problem and give me Doxferxime 100dt,Acterox, Lotass.
I stil feel pain,hard to move when sleep.
Could you give me any advise?

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry much because your chest x ray is showing old, healed scar lesion due to previous tb infection.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
5. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
