Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the altered liver enzymes may or may not be responsible for chest pain as there can be:

- Stress or anxiety induced chest pain
- Micro capillary changes from smoking
- Intra abdomen pathology of liver or bile drainage system giving acid reflux and secondary chest pain

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
