I would like to know what my symptoms mean. Severe pan left side chest when coughing or taking a deep breath. I have had a dry cough for over a year. My doctor couldn t make a diagnoses. When I cough there is a wheezing sound and a sound you get when you squeeze an inflated balloon at the top to let air out. Pain goes over shoulder and back when I have to cough. I feel totally exhausted. Can you help?
