What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Hypertension?

I was hospitalized last week with elevated glucose levels and high blood pressure levels 168/128. I experienced severe chest and right neck pain. I received a nuclear stress test which indicated my heart was fine, I was given insulin due to elevated and consistently high glucose levels. I was prescribed the following medications which are causing severe side effects (headache, palpitations, diarrhea, and lethargy)...I am miserable and don t know what to do at this point. Getting depressed and finding it hard to function.
