Hi dear doctor aim 28 years old boy who had 3 time heart attack in all heart attack my troponin test was positive and my heart enzyme was so high first doctor thought i had miocard infraction finally they did angiogeraphy test everything was good all of my heart vane was clear but i have on problem blood is pumped with little strain rate ((very slow wash out)), from that time till now aim using aspirin and diltiazim tab each day but sometimes aim feeling severe pain on my whole chest please help me this kind of pain making fear in me. thanks
