I fell ice skating about a month ago on my chest using my arms to shield myself. I have been going through peri menopause as well and my breasts are very sore. I had a mammogram a few weeks after that. I have been experiencing chest pain deep feeling and above the left breast and under my arm pit. The worst of the pain has subsided. It hurt when I would breathe in or out. And when I moved a certain way it felt as if a bone was stabbing me within. I am a smoker sad to say. But, have a quit date set for this month. I have been stressed and feel lots of tension in my neck. I am very tired and have been having headaches. What do you think? Pulled muscle maybe??
