What Causes Chest Pain Radiating Towards Left Shoulder?

I had chest pain just before I went to sleep last night. Woke up on and off through the night with the chest pain. I woke up this morning with sharp chest pain and going into the left shoulder. This pain is still there nine hours later. The deeper breath I take it hurt more and I get lightheaded. Lying down the pain is stronger.
