What Causes Chest Pain, Persistent Sweating And Irregular Sleep Patterns?

Hello i have been feeling unwell for the past week and have been experiencing chest pain on my right side and back pain and tightness in my right shoulder blade major sweating day and night and irregular sleep patterns for past2/3 months my gp is on holidays should I go to the hospital

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely visit to the hospital and rule heart related diseases because your symptoms are commonly seen with heart diseases.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
You are also having sleep disturbances, so this can cause stress and anxiety and they then cause all the symptoms.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
