What Causes Chest Pain Over Long Period?
Yes, I m having chest pains, that started in around 1986, and has gotten worst over the years, the Doctors, I ve been seen over the years can t find the problems. I m still having the pain to this day. it varies in range of intensity, the pain is not predictable, it comes and goes, it last a short time and sometime it last for several minutes, no longer than 5 min.

I really appreciate your concern, if you have to done the basic test then it is advisable to get done the tests like EKG ECHO, stress test, imaging study, however it may not be anything related with pathological changes because it is long being gone since you have the pain, and still nothing bad have happened, so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
