What Causes Chest Pain In The Morning?

I had a chest pain early this morning as I was about to get out of bed. I stayed in bed til it went away but noticed my left hand was tingly and was also just trying to breath slowly and not panic. I felt this pain a couple of times in the passed 2-3 months but didn t think anything of it. What is the cause of this?

Hello,

This can be due to problems in heart or angina.
Heart pain can effect left arm and fingers.
It can also be from wrong sleeping habits effecting arm and chest.
Acidity in stomach can also cause such kind of symptoms.
Take Omeperazole or Lansoperazole for 1 week and if symptoms doesn't subside then consult physician for possibility of heart disorder.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
