What Causes Chest Pain Followed By Burning Sensation In Stomach?

hi my stomach is burning i had an upper and lower gi done nothing at all showed up. i requested cat scan with dye that showed something wrong with my left overarie dont know what doc didnt go into details. started out as chest pains then felt like something busted and my stomach was on fire

Hello,
The symptoms are typical of acid peptic disease or gastritis.
As a first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
Avoid spicy foods.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. In severe cases an endoscopy may be needed.
