What Causes Chest Pain At Night?
I woke up in the middle of the night with chest pain. Thought I was having a heart attack, but after awhile I realized it was only gas or heartburn. Woke up again with rectal pain, felt like my colon was being twisted. The next day the pain finally settled under my ribs on my right side. Is this a gallbladder thing?

Gallbladder pain goes to the shoulder. You can get an ECG done and also an abdominal ultrasound to rule out both heart conditions and any gallbladder problems you might have.
