What Causes Chest Pain And Numbness In The Arms?

I have been having alot of different symptoms.Chest pains in left side of chest sometimes stabbing other times aching but a constant burning,left arm hurts goes numb on and off all the way down to hand and sometimes its pins and needles,face and lips go numb most of the time,got pins and needles going down right arm and hand,will go down legs to feet,and now I got burning in left side of stomache going around to lower back,I get confused sometimes,sometimes slurr my speech,always tired,cant sleep,pains in my head.I just want the chest ,stomach,and head pain to go away.

Hi,

Pain in the neck and numbness in the arm might be due to compression any nerve at cervical level. Also go for cervical x-ray for further diagnosis. New molecule of Beta-blocker is advisable. If symptoms persist then angiography is required. Avoid oily,junk food. Take salt restricted diet. Keep in touch with your doctor.
