What Causes Chest Pain And Numbness In The Arm?

Everytime i eat no matter what i eat even if its a fruit or even if its something fattening my left arm feels numb and my chest feels like someone is pulling my skin, it doesn't hurt its just really uncomfortable and this never happened until i found out i was pregnant what can this mean?

I can understand your concern.
We need to rule out cardiac cause first as you are having left sided chest discomfort and left arm pain.
So get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out cardiac cause.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac disease.
GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is another possibility. And pregnancy can be the cause for this reflux.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Drink plenty of fluids. Start proton pump inhibitors.
Go for walking after meals.
Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux.
