What Causes Chest Pain And Heart Arrhythmia?

hello i am worried about my fiance he was hospitalized about may 25 2017 he had a abscess in his mouth he was septic he has a mass still on his lung it was 19mm then 17mm then 10mm now growing it is at a12.4x14. something his body temp has been werd93.7 to 96, something he has 4 areas of trace regurgitation and a conginital heart defect they said and placed a linq device due to the chest pains and fluctuation of heart showing arithmia said they are not worried about heart attack but it just stoppimg so i was wondering what this sounded like to you? do we need to get to a diffrent doctor and do we need to go tonight he keeps takeing deep breath and grooaning

Hello!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that arrhythmia could be related to the congenital heart defect or the infection.

Anyway, considering his actual symptoms, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a cardiac ultrasound for bacterial endocarditis, a chest X ray study or CT scan and some blood lab tests.
