My mom thinks it might Be all in my head because these symptoms have happened relevantly close to a traumatic event. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Stomach pain can lead referred pain in the chest. Viral gastritis also can lead to such a presentation. Rabeprazole OD for a week prescribed. If you have a continuous headache, then further causes evaluated like high blood pressure, migraine, tension headache etcetera. Step by step approach considered.  Consult a physician for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
