I swallowed an advil less than an hour ago today without water and almost immediately my chest started to hurt right in the middle. it feels as if someone is pushing my chest down hard. is it possible the pills are stuck in my throat?? what else could be the problem? when i realized the pain was not going away any time soon i got up and grabbed my water and tried washing it down but it still hurts and my throat is lightly LIGHTLY burning. is my mind just tricking me like am i being paranoid or is it something serious?
