What Causes Chest Muscle Cramps?

Every once in a while I ll wake up in the morning and when I try to get up I ll get some kind of cramp in the middle of my chest, right where my sternum is. Throughout the day every time I open or close my arms to do something it cramps up again. I don t know what could be wrong.

Kindly consult a near by doctor and take an Electro cardio gram ECG (EKG) to rule out cardiac cause. Because any heart pain also presents with similar type of complaint.
