What Causes Chest Heaviness, Pain In Neck And Head And Anxiety?

Hi I have been having chest heaviness upper teeth is sore feel like throwing up I have axciety but I took my meds but it doesn t seem to help my head is hurting my let side of neck always cramp up I went to the dentist they did a filing but it still hurts what can it be

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
It seems mostly anxiety related symptoms only.
But better to rule out cardiac cause first for your left sided chest discomfort.
So get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
If ECG is normal than no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
It is anxiety related only.
I advice you to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressors in your life and start working on it. Newer anxiolytic drugs are very effective and less habit forming. You may need these too.
Better to avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Don't worry , you will be alright.
