What Causes Chest Heaviness And Throat Pain While On Omeprazole For Acid Reflux?
I have had chest pain recurrent for several years. Never related to heart. Have been diagnosed with acid reflux and have been on omeprazole for 4 years. Recently heaviness on chest constant, as well as inner throat pain. Did have endoscopy 3 years ago and was diagnosed and treated for H. Pylori infection. Is this probably related to acid reflux? or something more serious?

Your symptoms seem to be related to acid reflux.
I suggest using antacids daily such as Maloox.
I also recommend using Omeprazole.
