What Causes Chest Discomfort With Nausea And Vomiting In A GERD Patient?
I have GERD and take Pantoprazole 40mg 1 TAB BID also have HTN and Hyperlipidemia yesterday i had an onset of chest discomfort left side ( Breast area ) some nausea did vomit last night very small amount. Today still have the chest discomfort same area could this be just my GERD actingup? Took my BP at work today at it was 108/66 just feel tired today and no other symptoms

As you explain the situation yes it might be related to the herd itself but if you are over 40 you should do an ECG for excluding heart problems also in this situation.
