General & Family Physician 's  Response
I would like to know what kind of medications you are taking for high blood pressure and ischemic heart disease. Some drugs do cause the symptoms you have.
So I would suggest you to meet your doctor. You might be asked more in detail about your symptoms, drugs, your diet and physical activity. You might also undergo few blood tests, ECG ,stress test, kidney function test etc.
Hope You got an idea on further course of action. Please let me know if You need any further details.
