What Causes Chest Congestion And Soreness?

Hello, I have had this uncomfortable feeling in my chest for 3 days now. It is not hurting, I don t feel sick, and no cough or congestion. It s hard for me to describe the feeling, but I ll try. It feels like congestion is in there, or like a mild soreness.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Follow up would depend on your age and any illnesses that you may have.

If you are over 40 or have a history of heart disease or you have diabetes or high blood pressure or high cholesterol or obesity or you are a smoker or there is a family history of heart disease then you have at least 1 risk factor for heart disease and you should be assessed by your doctor.

If you have no risk factors then you can monitor to see if it changes.

I hope this helps
