I have recently had a central retinal vein occlusion at the beginning of October. I do not have high BP, high cholesterol or diabetes. My primary sent me for an MRI, MRA and MRV, I did not take the contrast as I was scared. All showed clear except for a probable chronic dural sinus thrombosis involving the left transverse sinus. I was referred to a hematologist/ oncologist who put me on heparin and Coumadin. I am at a good range INR of 2.2 and he has me alternating 5 mg n 2.5 each day alternating. And I have been tested for every inflammatory issue possible and any genetic mutations that would cause me to clot n all was negative. The only possible cause could be I was using extrace vaginal cream 2x a week. My question is why am I feeling a clogged head since this happened, ears popping and neck tension and headache. I am prone to headaches from double herniated neck discs and sinuses but this is every day. Oncologist said I will be re scanned in a few months after being on coumadin
