Hi! My husband is experiencing loud gurgling sounds in his lower left abdomin. As well as high pressure in his bowel but fails to have a bowel movement. He has pain at a constant 4 when still but escalates to an 8 when he moves. He cannot sit or lay down properly. He is constantly burping especially at night. This has been happening for about 2+ weeks. He is diabetic n 60 yrs old n has many bladder infections within the coarse of a year.
