I have experienced this sensation all my life. It doesn t occur all that often but occasionally. I feel the burn shortly after ejaculation. Forcing out small amounts of urine temporarily relieves the pain but after a while, standing anywhere and just forcing out urine a drop at a time, it becomes more frustrating than painfull

The restricted urethral passage also forces the penis to be highly sensitive. Any restrictions, infections and disturbances in the genital environment can cause burning sensation in the penis.
This burning sensation may occur every time or only sometimes after masturbation. Most young males who experience penis burns after masturbation. A burning sensation after masturbation felt by most individuals is the result of poor techniques being used.
If burning sensation in your penis persists for more than a few days, then it is best to see a urologist.
