Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. It appears you are passing concentrated urine, which has damaged the tip of the urethra. 2. You need to get adequately hydrated, to dilute the urine. Atleast 6-8 liters per day with minimal activity. If more activity or sweating is involved, additionally 3-4 liters maybe necessary. 3. Healing will take atleast a week, after which the tingly and burning or stinging sensation will disappear. 4. If still present, get a urine examination once to look for any urinary tract infections.
