What Causes Burning Urination?

Hi i have been having urinary problems for a little under a week now. Between 3 and 5 times a day i find that i am unable to empty my urethra and i have a burning/stinging sensation when i urinate, shortly after which i either need to go again to empty the rest or i get a tingly feeling in my penis. i have not had unprotected sex at all recently and have checked myself thoroughly for any masses. i have no blood in my urine or seman

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears you are passing concentrated urine, which has damaged the tip of the urethra.
2. You need to get adequately hydrated, to dilute the urine. Atleast 6-8 liters per day with minimal activity. If more activity or sweating is involved, additionally 3-4 liters maybe necessary.
3. Healing will take atleast a week, after which the tingly and burning or stinging sensation will disappear.
4. If still present, get a urine examination once to look for any urinary tract infections.
