What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Yes please. I was diagnosed with NGU. My symptoms were burning during urination, blood in my seamen, and clear discharge. After taking the Azithromycin most of my symptoms cleared up except my right testicle got really swollen and I m noticing a lot of pus when I ejaculate. Like a lot. The swelling has gone down a little but the pain, pus, and blood reside. It s been 3 days since I took the treatment and it took me 6 days to finally see a doctor. Is it normal to see pus and blood come out when I ejaculate? Is this a sign the meds are working? Thanks! Mike

Respected Mike , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Burning is in relation with infection associated irritation of the bladder
and urethral mucosa ; Prostatitis .
* Drugs are working , but total control of infection with symptomatic
recovery take time depending upon the load and virulence of the
organism .

* Continue plenty of liquids orally , current medications with regular
follow up to the doctor .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for further assistance .

Regards .
