What Causes Burning Sensation On The Tip Of The Penis?

three weeks ago monday morning i had a burnig and tickleing feeling on the tip of my penis and it burned when i had to pee only when i started to go but not when i was going it went away in about 5 days on its self i thought i may have hurt my ureatha when masterbating on sunday lol well it started again on this past monday burning and tickleing on the tip burning only when i start to pee but not when iam going can uti lay dorment and reapear again

Hello!

I can understand your concern. If I treated my patient with these complaints, my advice will be:

1. Please get your urine test done. It is called Urine routine. Please consult a local physician with report. If there is infection, it will be detected.

2. Masturbation may hurt the urethral skin. If there is any problem in retraction, any bleeding, please consult local physician.

3. Please take lots of oral fluids. You may also try Alkaliser syrup like Citrol to decrease burning.
