General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Going by description of symptoms its likely to be anterior Urethritis: Which is the inflammation of last part of urinary tube. Other possibility that needs to be considered is Balanoposthitis. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.

It would be very helpful if you could provide the following additional information to your doctor for further guidance.
1. Is there any discolouration of head of penis?
2. Are you circumcised?
3. Do you have any discharge from urinary opening?

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
