What Causes Burning Sensation On Left Side Of Upper Chest?

On my upper left chest area, I am experiencing a burning pain sensation. I wS recently checked by a cardiologist and a battery of blood and stress tests showed good results, no issues. I am concerned that maybe it is a lung issue . I have no symptoms of grid. What does this sound like.?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having costo-chondritis giving rise this problem.
If you are elderly then there is possibility of having cervical spondilitis producing pinched nerve pressure giving rise this burning pain and sensation.
Go for x-ray cervical region for cervical spondilitis.
Meanwhile you can take NSAID medicine and B1, B6, B12 shots or medicines.
Ok and take care.
