What Causes Burning Sensation In The Vagina After Urination?

Hey, i am feeling burning sensation in my vagina after urination and i feel pain while urinating. It is happening from 1 week before that everything was absolutely normal. Before i use to pee normally but now i pee very frequently.Then i got my menses in between and just yesterday i noticed that the menstruation blood is coming from urethra not from vagina, i am scared now, can you help me?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of urinary tract infection is very likely and it can be managed on tentative basis with Disodium Hydrogen citrate it is liquid and it can be taken 20 ml second get done the urine test with plenty of water three times in day hope this information helps.
