General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Lisa ,
I evaluated your issue clearly .
@ Burning stomach seems to be gastritis issue .
- avoid all spicy / chilly containing items / hot beverages / non vegetarian
food junk food like pizza , pasta , burgers etc.
- consume light diet preferably with balanced nutritious content .
- avoid prolong episodes of fasting / avoid over eating also.
- quit smoking / alcohol / abuse substances if using any .
- regular exercises, walking , jogging mandatory to keep stomach at pace
- avoid late night dinners
- manage to have breakfast , lunch , supper at definite intervals till possible
- stay away from stress / anger episodes
- suggest some basic laboratory work up & Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis
later at convenience to rule out any other underlying problem related to
intestinal tract as stomach ulcer / gall bladder stone / IBS etc.
@ For throat stuck problem it seems to be upper respiratory tract infection
- gargles with salted lukewarm water 3 times / day for 3-4 days
- consult later doctor if persist .
