What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis While Being Sexually Active?

Hello. My penis has just started to burn. I ve only had sex with one girl in my life and we ve been boyfriend and girlfriend for 2 years and we both are not hiv positive or have no stds. I ve just been pulling my skin back and trying to clean it with water and sometimes soap. So I m not to sure what is wrong.

have urine test to rule out uti if some indication of uti then culture and sensitivity test can be done. drink more water and take alkasol syrup in culture report if it is positive then take the recomanded antibiotic for complete duration.
