What Causes Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen And Shortness Of Breath?

Im sandy 30yr old.feeling hot fluid n burning sensation in left lower abdomen.sometimes shortness of breath n i lost 14 kg with in 2 months.i hv diagnosed with tb via quantiferon gold tb test.but my docs are not aure about my disease im worried about my health i feel too much tiredness. Plz help

Weight loss and abdominal discomfort can be signs of abdominal TB and TB gold has confirmed your diagnosis, i am not sure what is keeping your doctors from starting you on medication. In this scenario in my opinion Anti Tuberculus medication has to be started.

I would suggest you to visit your medical or infectious disease specialist and discuss starting medication immediately before any complications follow.
