What Causes Burning Sensation In The Groin Area After Using Dettol?

I have used dettol on my private area in diluted I got burning sensation and I washed with plenty of water but few days later it become Worse my jock area becomes dry itchy turn into black when I scratch skin become powder very very itchy please tell me solution.....

Never clean your private parts with dettol. This is a wrong practice. If you are having any itchy senstaion then only clean it with normal water and soap and use a dusting powder to keep the area dry. You need to go to a physician and get it checked because I don't know what is the extent of your disease. And start with antibitotics.
