What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest On The Right Side?

Hello, I am a 32 year old female. Having burning in my right lung at a rest/walk..don t have to exert myself. No cough, no shortness of breath. O2 level 97. Non smoker. Was diagnosed with hep c for 9 years before treatment. Having concurrent pain under right rib cage but ultrasound, bloodwork and xray are normal. What is next? Dr diagnosed costrochondroitis (spelling?) I don t feel like this is a correct diagnosis. It is a deep ache/burn.
