General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably, it is due to conditions like severe gastritis arising out of acid reflux. As a first line management, you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
