What Causes Burning Sensation In The Arms Upon Walking Fast?

When I exert, like walk fast or up a hill etc, I start to get a burning sensation in my arms below the elbows and throat and upper chest. Then after a minute rest I can continue to walk or mow the lawn etc. I had radiation and chemo for gastric cancer as well as 75% of my stomach removed last year but this started just the end of Feb and has not gone away.
