Hello sir i have burning and paining sensetion in my left testis not continious and now it has gone to my left kidney area so please suggest me whats the diagnosis i went for scanning its normal, CUE. Normal whats problem i am scared ? I. Used to mastrubate alot and their is yellowish n less sperms

I appreciate your concern. Urinary tract infection/stones can cause burning and pain in testicles upto kidney. MAsturbation cannot cause this. If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you to go for some investigtions including urine test after physical exaination. All the best.
