What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis During Urination?

hey i am uncircumsized and the closest layer of skin is to small to fit around the head but its been burning slightly especially when i pee but ive only had sex with one girl the past three years and shes clean of all std shes tested every few weeks please help man

I can understand your problem.

Basically you have an inability to retract the fore skin (prepuce) covering the head of the penis, this is referred to as Phimosis. The burning sensation during urination is due to urinary infection caused by accumulation of a substance known as smegma.

I would advise you to consult a surgeon for proper assessment and may be you need to undergo surgical removal of the tight fore skin over the head of your penis (Circumicision).

Advantages of Circumcision:
1. Maintains good hygiene (with out smegma)
2. Facilitate a satisfactory sexual intercourse
3. Prevents recurrent urinary infection and rare possibility of cancer
