What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis During Erection And Urination?

Most of the time my penis is erected. while I see anything like buttock then I remember the porn I saw. I found similarity in porn and real life. I see clothed man but the shape of buttock and shape of m men or women s leg cause new erection. At the time of erection and urine I feel burn in penis. When squeeze my penis with finger in normal mode I fee burn in penis.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the chronic burning in penis during erection and urination do indicate underlying pathology.
- Prostate infection as prostatitis
- Urinary tract infection as urethritis, cystitis or others

My guidelines at present:
- Drink more liquids to combat the infection
- Cranberry sachet or tablets with glassfull of water
- Analgesic as diclofenac or ibuprofen after meals
- Get a urine culture report with prostate massage fluid checked for possible bugs of agony
- Prescription of antibiotics as per the culture sensitivity report of the microbiology lab
- Strict avoidance of intercourse as well as masturbation till complete recovery
