What Causes Burning Sensation In Lungs After Taking NyQuil?

everytime I take nyquil my lungs burn, I wheeze and I cough more. Im 33, when i was a child my mother would give me cough medicine and not realize that the medicine was making it worse..It was always Robistussin then. Is there something in these that cause this to happen?

Yes. In my opinion it might be gastric reflux the cause of your concern however, I recommend you to be further seen by your doctor. He or she will decide if something else needs to be done.
