hi, im a 67 year old male,fit,active, 3 months ago I had a 6 weeks of traction,mainly for a trapped ciatic nerve,as well as the horrid twitchy legmainly on the right leg,it worked and I weened myself off the medication,now ,especially at bed time ,both feet seem to be on fire,from my insteps to my toes,its there during the day,also it feels like pins and needles,so can you answer this problem? many thanks,,
