What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest, Continuous Spasm In Arms Burping?

Dr.Gopi, I have so many confusion concerning my condition, I have visited 3 different doctors and they all said I am ok and non of them told me an alternative to what might be happening which is how I ended up emailing you now. I am having a burning sensation in my chest continuous spasms not painful but disturbing spasms in my left arm and left shoulder as well as burning sensation on my back I am burping most of the time not necessarily after meals I am 20 years old a male I am a smoker but I am also very active.is there anything you can help me with please?
