General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the excess sweating, burning over back with assembly of other presenting complains indicate possible issue with her autonomic system controlling sensation and perspiration part.

This can be a symptom of underlying Polycythemia (increased red blood cells), blood dyscresia or neurologic conditions affecting impulse conduction at Nodes of Renvier.

However, a detailed neurologic examination with battery of series of lab tests, relevant scan of radiology images can guide to possible diagnosis and further care.

I would like to readdress the issue once you have data available on your hand during next follow up chat or early as per your need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
