HI, Your symptoms could be due to UTI, vaginal infection like bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis. I would suggest consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test, urine tests to confirm cause. Following treatment will useful:- For vagina infection: - Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole. Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus For UTI: - Tablet septran DS, tablet pyridium, syrup cital Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene. Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar. Take warm water sitz bath. Do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely.
