What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Rectal Pain?
Hello. I have had pain urinating for the past few days. It hurts at the beginning of urination and sometimes during. I get tingling sensations in my Anus and my penis with little jolts of sensations in my penis that burn a little. It also hurts poop. My Anus feels as if it is on fire when I poop. I have had lower back pain as well. I have not been sexually active for a year and I had unprotected sex 17 months ago.

might be having gonococcal urethritis. get std test and urine be tested you are having proctitis and may be enterobiosis. get your stool examined get anal examination done by surgeon. can gofor sitzbath and apply proctosedyl ointment per anum. after checkup and investigation proper diagnosis can be done and treatment recomanded.
