What Causes Burning Sensation During Ejaculation?

I had sex two weeks ago and received oral last week. Two days ago I masturbated and when I was ejaculating I felt a burning sensation, I peed afterwards and It burned a little aswell. But two days before that I had also masturbated and It was normal I didnt feel a burn. I looked up the symptoms and they are symptoms of STDs what should I do? I just turned 18 and I dont want my parents to know.

Hi, I think you have got some urine infections. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics.
