General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,

I would advise to stop taking wheat earliest. When you had gluten allergy and stopped the gluten free diet. The wheat biscuits started a the symptoms including itching and excess gas production. The being accumulated under diaphragm (the tissue flap separating abdominal ad chest cavity) started pushing the thorax up.

Irritated the nerve fibers supplying rib cage to produce the symptoms. You should start having gluten free diet. Take some digestive medicine over the counter or flatulence medicine with advise of a gastroenterologist. Please do not change your diet unless your doctor permits. I am afraid you need to continue the same to avoid all of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
